We are a fix and flip real estate company that goes on about 100 face to face appointments per week. We meet sellers in their homes in order to help them sell their houses.
Sellers fill out information online on our website stating that they are interested in selling their home and the appointment scheduler's job is to call that person and schedule a face to face appointment.
These are not cold calls as the person has already expressed interest in selling their home and the calls are simply to answer any questions that the seller might have, ask them a few questions and schedule an appointment for one of our outside sales representatives to meet them in their home.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.Compensation:
$17 - $22 / hourResponsibilities:
- Call sellers who have filled out a form online expressing interest in selling their home
- Answer general questions that sellers might have about selling their home(we train you on how to answer these basic questions)
- Ask basic questions to understand the seller's needs regarding selling their home
- Assign the appointment to the appropriate real estate agent that will be going on the appointment based on geography
- Update notes about the call in our online system
- Must enjoy talking on the phone (it will be the majority of your day)
- Must enjoy working in a team environment (you will be interacting with 20-30 real estate agents on a day to day basis)
- Must be organized and able to use technology well
- Must be willing to learn
