Sales Representative

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, a terrific communicator, and can close deals on value, not price. If you have been successful in sales at another similar trade company, showroom, Home Depot, ect this could be a good fit for you.

OCB is immediately seeking exceptional Outside Sales Representatives to help grow our customer base. If you are a self-motivated individual with great work ethic and would like to be rewarded for your dedication, then we would love to get to know you!

Description

- make up to two appointments a day, OCB provides you with quality/warm sales leads (Our customers call us, we are NOT calling them)

- report to office via text before/ after appointments

- report to the office once every two weeks, must be available by phone

- NO mandatory cold calling, canvassing, or door-to-door sales

- Road warrior

- Team player

- Have regular communication with management on a regular basis

- 1 week of office training and one week of field training will be provided

Outside Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Prospect and Present dynamic sales overview of company’s value proposition to homeowners with a one-call closing mentality
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to proactively engage prospective customers (face-to-face)
• Solid closing track record
• Valid California State Driver’s License and valid Auto Insurance
• Bilingual is a plus ( In any language)

Outside Sales Representative Benefits & Salary:

• This is a 100% commission-based - Make upwards of $30,000/month!
• Up to 20% commission
