Machine Operator

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for a detail oriented Machine Operator to join our team in our Chicago, IL. We provide Dental implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

Full time hours Monday-Friday. 40hrs a week graveyard!!!

Role:
This position will be responsible for the production of quality cases in computer-controlled equipment in
accordance with work instructions and established specifications.

Responsibilities:
●Nesting in millbox of next day cases
●process simulation of every case and send pictures to the group chat
●Always give priority to cases with the closes due dates
●When the machine is done check every case fitting , if necessary repeat the case
●while machines are working , do nesting of the next cases
●Organize and clean every day your work station
●Do maintenance of every equipment in the department
●Do the order list of supplies once a month ( last week of the month )
●Calibrate the machines every 2 weeks
●Check everyday Machines cooling, milling liquids and Machines air filters (make sure there is not
water)
●Once a week clean machines water trays
●Once a month deep clean all machines and machine spindles.
●Take computers to best buy once a month for software and hardware cleaning
●Make models and articulations for surgerys with printed wax .
●Make demo dentures models when needed
●Scan Cases
●Mill Samples Cases When needed
●Be willing to lift things up to 50 LB , build , organize , open (chairs , tables , Boxes , tools ,etc)
