Salary: Salary + Commission

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing Call Center Rep to join our team in sunny St. George, UT. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority. We believe in working hard and having fun!


An ideal candidate for this position would be a self-driven sales oriented person who can talk to ANYONE. Our Appointment Sales Reps are motivated, collaborative and can overcome objections with confidence.

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. This is a remote position.

This position is challenging but pays VERY WELL. Base salary + Commission

  • Be a people person
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Be highly organized and have good time management
  • Experience with Google Suite (gmail, drive, docs, sheets)
  • Work well in a team and alone (can be trusted to get the job done)
  • Comfortable using a variety of software applications (in other words you aren't afraid of technology and you are a quick learner when it comes to technology)
  • The ability to stay motivated, on task and work independently is crucial.


Responsibilities:

  • Learn all that is necessary to know to be able to educate someone on dental implants.
  • Become a dental implant sales expert.
  • Call outbound leads who have shown an interest in dental implants.
  • Answer inbound phone calls from leads inquiring about dental implants.
  • Communicate via phone, text and email with leads who want dental implants.
  • Qualify leads.
  • Set appointments as soon as possible for a free consultation with the doctor.
  • Keep track of patients, take good notes, and follow processes in our software.


Requirements:

  • YOU MUST LOVE listening, talking to and helping people.
  • Be available to take calls.
  • You must want to improve your sales skills and feel a desire to do the work.
  • Have a happy, outgoing personality.
  • You're able to show empathy and general concern for patients over the phone.
  • Must be comfortable discussing financial matters.
  • Have basic computer skills including being able to type and email.


A day in the life of an Appointment Sales Rep:

  • Texting potential patients
  • Taking inbound phone calls
  • Making outbound phone calls
  • Following up
  • Keeping pipeline organized 


Success is defined in this position by your ability to consistently make calls with the intent of scheduling an appointment.

The biggest challenge of this role is maintaining a good attitude and staying motivated even after difficult phone calls.
