Title: Talent Acquisition Manager, Sales Duties/Responsibilities * Source candidates for our Partner Sales Channel: Independent Sales Agents (ISA) Independent Sales Offices (ISO), Independent Software Vendors (ISV) or Sales Account Executives (SAE). * Effective use of online recruiting tools and social media to promote our services and attract qualified Sales Partners. * Outbound recruiting and presence on LinkedIn. * Manage inbound leads by providing timely call backs, proper qualification and presentation of our services. * Presentation of our products/services, sales negotiation and occasional travel to help close high value prospects. * Build robust pipeline that includes industry experienced Sales Partners and candidates with strong sales skills outside of the industry. * Work with our Relationship Management team to assist in the activation and productivity of newly signed Sales Partners. Qualifications (skills/experience) * Sales centric individual with strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. * Self-motivated, proactive and commission driven. * Ability to self-source leads and build/maintain an active pipeline consisting of a wide variety of Sales Partner types. * Manage CRM, prospect lists and basic pipeline tracking/reporting. * Ability to work effectively with various departments that support our Sales Partners. * Strong recruiting background with social media savvy - experience in Merchant Services is welcome but not required. * Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an asset. Working Language * English (written and spoken) is the language used 99% of the time, as work colleagues and clientele are both geographically dispersed within and outside of Quebec. * Internal communications between colleagues occur in English or in French, depending on the parties involved. Strategic suppliers are located outside of Quebec. * A basic knowledge of French is required for any position located within Quebec. English is required for this position, as it could report to someone outside of Quebec, and requires frequent out of province communications.
