Description
The Partner Support Representative will act as the front line for all inbound partner (customer) inquiries. They are responsible for providing timely assistance to all NutriFresh customers, answering questions and troubleshooting issues. They will spend the majority of their time interacting directly with NutriFresh Partners, ensuring the best customer experience at all times.



Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound partner inquiries via email, phone and chat. Update incidents tracked in our ticketing system and meet contractual service level agreements.
  • Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues, requests and inquiries. Update our partners on progress toward resolution.
  • Ensure a complete and timely solution is provided for all partner requests and inquiries.
  • Educate partners on problem resolutions in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Ensure that each support issue and resolution is adequately documented.
  • Periodically review support log(s); track performance and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all NutriFresh products, services and processes in order to resolve partner issues.
  • Work with our TechOps, Finance, Warehouse Operations, Carrier Operation and Partner Success teams to diagnose and solve partner requests and issues.
  • Develop relationships with key partner contacts and identify opportunities to improve support and the overall NutriFresh experience.
  • Work with vendors for support of escalated issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • -3 years of relevant work experience in a Customer Service or Technical Support role.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
  • Prior experience using an ERP or MRP, or WMS is considered an asset
  • Experience working within Support Ticketing System (Jira, ZenDesk, etc).
  • SQL experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced multifunctional environment where priorities change quicklyf
  • Ability to work well as part of a dedicated team in support of new and existing customers
  • Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with customers, other members of the team and with non-technical users
