Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the National Inventory Control Manager, the Inventory Control Manager, will be responsible for leading and overseeing inventory control activities across all departments. working cross functionally with Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, Customer Service and Sales. A Key member of the Operations team, the Inventory Control Manager will contribute to fostering a solid culture of internal control with regards to inventory movements across the whole network, as well as be proactive in the analysis and remediation of inventory control issues to mitigate their financial impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate control and review protocols for all stock movements
- Review all stock adjustments to ensure that they are all timely submitted and approved by the applicable stakeholders (Clients)
- Develop reporting capabilities to ensure stock movements (Receiving, Storage, Production Replenishment) are timely reviewed, and controlled
- Partner with Clients to timely remediate stock movements and, where applicable, discrepancies
- Oversee the coordination and planning of the yearly physical stock takes, in partnership with the Production and Warehouse teams
- Review physical stock take results and implement corrective actions / best practices
- Ensure stock adjustments are reflected timely and accurately in the inventory system
- Analyze KPIs to ensure that all National SOPs are adhered too.
- Review daily Inbounds to insure adequate staffing for processing receiving and replenishment
- Involved in the setup and integration of all new and revised national SOPs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Inventory Control
- Must have knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- Experience with Deposco WMS a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization
- Solid understanding of Warehousing and Fulfillment processes
- Rigor, sense of organization and multi-tasking management
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while being agile and self-motivating
- Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems
- Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines
