CDL Class A Driver/ Laborer

Ideal candidates must be able to travel throughout the workweek and be able to work overtime.
As a driver/ laborer you will be working with experienced operators, you will learn the processing of material in a safe, effective timely manner in compliance with all SOP's, company, federal, state, and local regulations/policies. Operate a variety of equipment used in the removal and land application of solids from wastewater and water treatment facilities. Learn to safely operate all equipment as necessary, including but not limited to ag style tractors, umbilical cord applicator, front-end loader, excavator, dredge, centrifuge, road tractor, spreader box, and pickup truck. Maintain a professional company image at all times.
- Class A CDL ( receive higher pay than Class C drivers)
- Ability to acquire tanker endorsement with in the first 30 days
- At least a valid Class C drivers license for laborers
- Background in agriculture
- Background in construction
- Background in wastewater
- Background in equipment operation
- Ability to travel 80% to 100%. All employees must be able to travel during the workweek
- Weekend work at times
- Flexible schedule
- Paid travel and lodging
- Candidates can live remotely and travel to projects throughout the midwest
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move items up to 75 pounds.
