Our customers include many of the world's top financial institutions, corporations and government departments, all major global regulatory agencies, leading security and law enforcement agencies, and all tier-one advisory firms and litigation support vendors. We are looking for an Account Manager to maintain and support expansion of our business with our Public Sector. This is a post initial sale account management role. As an ambassador of Nuix, you will be responsible for evangelizing solutions, retaining existing business and working with sales executives to grow existing business. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for renewal and expansion of business through introduction of full suite of Nuix products and solutions across the enterprise * Manage expectations and timelines and act as the leader with internal stakeholders on renewals * Build account strategies and territory plans to exceed objectives * Deliver value to clients as a trusted advisor to solve typical eDiscovery and digital investigation challenges with focus on ROI * Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders at existing clients * Ensure high level of satisfaction and retention rate of clients by ensuring the outcome purchased by the client is delivered by the Nuix solution * Work closely with Sales Executive as appropriate to identify new sales opportunities * Maintain accurate and up to date forecasting Qualifications & Experience: * 5+ years' successful experience with enterprise level sales cycles and contract sizes * 3 + years' successful experience in an eDiscovery organization or selling to those organizations a plus * Experience working with US Federal agencies. * Education - 4-year degree with experience; JD/MBA a plus * Technically savvy - not afraid to discuss highly technical solutions to eDiscovery and digital investigation challenges Skills and Characteristics: * This is a client facing role and requires an individual with the ability to work effectively with all types of people * Effective time management and presentation skills * Solid computer skills with ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com * Ability to demonstrate excitement about and connection to the Nuix Values * Ability to thrive in a fast paced, agile environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail * Commitment to work collaboratively and cross functionally across the globe * Currently a fully remote position.
