In a friendly, timely and efficient manner deliver guest food orders to the proper table and/or bar, offer additional service as appropriate. Communicates with guests, food servers and kitchen staff to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
1.Provide plate presentation final elements per recipe, complete final quality check for food temperature, and garnishment, ensuring plate presentations are in accordance with Anthony’s Chophouse standards
2.Knowledge of all recipe and menu item information.
3.Detailed knowledge of food menu items, preparation methods and techniques.
4.Proficient operational skill level with standard kitchen equipment such as knives, scoops, dishwasher, electronic guest order systems.
5.Maintain stock levels in side stations and bussing stations throughout the shift.
6.Support food servers and busser staff by replenishing condiments, side stations, wine glasses, and assist in running full bussing tubs and maintaining bread station.
7.Follows proper food handling and sanitation guidelines in compliance with state and local agencies.
8.Coordinate with Line Cooks regarding ticket times and alert the Manager on duty to potential issues.
9.Regular predictable attendance is required.
10.Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
11.Communicate effectively with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.
12.Perform work in a safe manner and maintain a safe environment for team member and guests.
13.Immediately report unsafe conditions and team member or guest incidents to a member of the management team or Security.
14.Maintain a positive and professional image when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourage others to do the same.
15.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

High School graduation or equivalent is required.
Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.
1 year food service experience.
