We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
This position is for a maternity leave, so we are looking for someone ideally wanting a 4-6 month contract role!
- Provides project, administrative and programmatic support to Executive Director as well as well as subordinate directors and managers
- Interfaces with high level internal/external contacts requiring considerable discretion and initiative
- Communicate with external Consultants/Vendors, Patients, and outside Physicians
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or experience as a Project Coordinator
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Healthcare experience preferred, not required. Pay scale depending on experience.
