Post Sales Operations Manager - US (Remote Position)

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Professional Services Team (Delivery & Projects) and support our Customer Experience Organization, including the Support and the Customer Success Teams.

Location: United States, remote

Key responsibilities:

+ Support the global Professional Services team through business process and improvement initiatives, analytics, reporting and automation

+ Develop, own and deliver regular reports and dashboards around Post Sales KPIs such as Bookings, Billings, Utilization, Revenue, Margin, Investment work, project profitability, burn down (actuals and scheduled)

+ Provide all metrics, graphs, analysis and report all key performance indicators needed for the end of the month, quarter and year business reviews

+ Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to managers and drive change through a clear and concise communication

+ Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate in projects as needed

+ Work closely with the Post Sales leadership team to ensure data is adequately reflected in the Professional Services Automation Tool, SFDC, and all other tools across the organization

+ Partner with the Post Sales leaders to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement to ensure successful implementation of new programs through the customer experience organization

+ Work with Post Sales leaders and Finance to design, implement and manage high quality and accurate forecasting, planning and budgeting processes that are integrated with other planning processes

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Sales Operations to collect business requirements and ensure all methodologies, policies, and procedures are maintained

+ Own and oversee the use of internal systems being used and suggest improvements or additional tools

+ Conduct training sessions to educate Post Sales resources on reporting and tools available to them

"Must haves"

+ 7+ years demonstrated experience working in a Professional Services and/or Post Sales organization, driving business operations, efficiencies and KPI's

+ Significant knowledge and experience in SFDC, with knowledge of complex dashboard and reports, custom report types, calculated fields and workflows

+ Proven ability to communicate with business and technical audiences at all levels, including demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and decision-makers with business insights, financial analysis and forecasting

+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Data-driven and investigative mindset. Significant knowledge and experience in using Business Intelligence Tools (Zoho Analytics or similar)

+ Strong understanding of Professional Services and Post Sales financial and business metrics

+ Demonstrated ability to collect and assess data and present it in an actionable/insightful way, enjoying "getting your hands dirty"

+ Strong skills and project management capabilities

+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

+ Ability to work well under pressure and handle confrontation when necessary

+ Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

+ Ability to operate in settings with solid confidentiality and data privacy protocols

+ Dedicated to achieving goals

+ Strong work ethic

+ Excellent verbal and written skills, including report writing and presentation skills

+ Good written and spoken English proficiency

+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and employees, working effectively in an international team environment

+ Moderate travel required

"Nice to haves"

+ Experience in an IT, Network or Cybersecurity Product Vendor

+ OpenAir knowledge and reporting experience are strongly desired.

+ Zoho Analytics knowledge and reporting experience is strongly desired

+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
