Sales Support Coordinator

 

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in a widerange of sales support, management and creative activities. Working closelywith Directors of Sales (DOS) team to support a field-based sales organization,you will be focused on the details and process of communication and support of ourever-expanding customer relationships.  Yourtalents will fill a critical role as part of a smart, extremely talented groupof professionals who believe in our mission.

 

We are looking for a team player who is aproblem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills, willing tolearn and adapt at a rapid pace. 

 

About You

Education and Experience

·       Five years of experience in sales support, customersupport, or inside sales. Bachelor’s degree incommunications, sales administration or marketing preferred

·       Communication skills – Demonstrated written and oralcommunication skills

·       High level of analytical and problem-solvingabilities

·       Exceptional listening and telephone skills

·       Ability to write reports, proposals andbusiness correspondence

·       Abilityto effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers,peers, clients, customers and the general public

·       Self-starter, motivated to find ways to do thingsbetter, faster and efficiently

 

Software and Systems

·       Database management knowledge, i.e., SalesForce

·     Strong working knowledge and experience withMS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (look-up functions, pivot tables), Project,    Accessand other software as needed

·       Knowledge of video-editing software, AdobeInDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop is a plus

About the Role 

·            Reports to EVP of Global Sales

  • Assist with daily sales support of five Director of Sales (DOS)
  • Able to analyze sales data to transmit proper information to the DOS and the distribution sales force
  • Support DOS to follow-up with customers via email and phone
  • Managing sales leads process
  • Manage sales commission reports
  • Help create and maintain sales performance reports
  • Assist in additional tasks as needed

 

Working Environment

·       Office locationin Bethesda, MD

·       Open  office environment

·       Travel within the local metro area isrequired. Out-of-state travel upon request
