Shipments Sr Specialist

We are looking for Shipments Senior Specialist- based in Miami.

What will you do?

• Communicate with carriers, truckers, and origin/destination agents regarding shipment status, special handling and delivery processes.
• Tracking Ocean (FCL and LCL), Air & Ground import and export shipments, and provide visibility to our clients (internal and external)
• Constant communication with customers through our platform / email.
• Preparation and review of shipping documentation (Bookings, D/O, HBL, MBL, SLI, ISF, etc) according to shipment requirements.
• Build relationships with customers, offices, overseas and domestic agents and service providers
• Review, validate and update buying and selling rates.

What do you need for this role?

• 4 years of experience with similar functions in Freight Forwarder companies, and/or shipping companies.
• Strong kowledge of logistics in terms of import and export by air, sea, and land.
