Novarad's Senior Product Manager's core responsibility is to lead a team of Product Managers in setting product road maps, driving strategy, managing product launches, and coordinating on new features and products.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct user surveys and focus groups to shape requirements, features and end products
- Collaborate with internal teams on competitive positioning and market development
- Create Product Requirement Documents, Market Requirement Documents, and Business Requirement Documents
- Iterate with design and engineering to develop valuable product releases
- Take product enhancements or new product launches from start to finish
- Deliver solutions to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor junior members of the product team
- Motivate and coach the product team with the Director of Product Management

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Four plus years of experience in product management
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Experience launching software products
- Experience analyzing a market via user surveys and focus groups

- Experience with agile methodologies and techniques
What to Expect
- 40 hours/week, some evenings and weekend availability (rarely)
- Must be willing to work in-office at the Provo office location
- Travel to customer sites and conferences as needed
