Novarad's Senior Product Manager's core responsibility is to lead a team of Product Managers in setting product road maps, driving strategy, managing product launches, and coordinating on new features and products.

What You’ll Do 

•  Conduct user surveys and focus groups to shape requirements, features and end products
• Collaborate with internal teams on competitive positioning and market development
• Create Product Requirement Documents, Market Requirement Documents, and Business Requirement Documents
• Iterate with design and engineering to develop valuable product releases
• Take product enhancements or new product launches from start to finish
• Deliver solutions to customers in a fast-paced environment
• Mentor junior members of the product team
• Motivate and coach the product team with the Director of Product Management

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Four plus years of experience in product management
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Experience launching software products
• Experience analyzing a market via user surveys and focus groups

What to Expect 

• 40 hours/week, some evenings and weekend availability (rarely) 
• Must be willing to work in-office at the Provo office location
• Travel to customer sites and conferences as needed
