Job DescriptionCompany Description
Day Shift: 8:30 am to 5pm
Work Location: Woodbridge (Hwy 7 and Hwy 50)
Job Description:
- Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
- Act as the liaison between the customer and the warehouse
- Dealing with customers, warehouse orders and sales staff
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with professionalism
- Resolving customer complaints
Qualification:
- Experience working with SAGE 300 program or CISCO program
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Some data entry experience
- Previous Customer Service experience in a distribution center
- Proficient knowledge with Word, Excel, Outlook
