Responsibilities:

• Speak with homeowners about saving money through solar
• Collect information and schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Nova Solar Representative and see a customized solar proposal
• Follow up with appointments to ensure meetings take place
• Answer questions of potentials customers while building trust
• Help present solar proposals to prospective customers

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication
• Ability to communicate and connect with customers
• Excellent customer experience
• Honest and strong moral compass

Compensation:

Training Pay: $15/hour = less than 25 hours; $20/hour = more than 25 hours

Once your commission surpasses your hourly, we pay you the commission instead!

Commission: $125/sit + $50/close

Average rep makes $800- $1,000 per week while in training!

Once training is complete: $2,000- $10,000 + per customer who goes solar!

Average rep makes $150,000 per year once out of training!
