We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to work with our Nonprofit Client to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and promoting nonprofit clients mission.
- Interact with public in behalf of clientele
- Promote nonprofit organizations mission
- Work in a team environment to hit daily goals
- Keep track of customer service data
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the organization represented
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, team management, marketing, event promotions, retail, or other related fields is preferred but not required
- Positive and professional demeanor
- An enthusiasm for high quality customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner and able to show initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and collected when dealing with multiple priorities and demands
- Confident and bubbly when talking to customers
