Responsible for analyzing, reporting and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics. Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness for all Consumer Research channels in the company.
Support and develop effective and efficient performance measurement reporting in order to evaluate channel effectiveness and goal achievement.
Analyze the business unit's activities and trends and compare analysis against leading practices. Present findings and work with management other team members to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
Create and maintain databases to track business performance for all distribution channels in the company.
Create and publish recurring reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports. May require taking business issues and devising strategies to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
Develop, document and maintain business procedures, including the design and documentation of detailed process flows, and the development of operational performance and quality metric standards and reports.
Utilize available resources to diagnose, troubleshoot, and/or monitor complex problems and arrive at efficient resolution to issues affecting performance and productivity of end users; escalate issues to Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse teams when necessary.
Ensure system data integrity; work closely with business and technology groups to solve issues arising from inaccurate data.
Understand the short & long-term business and technology objectives. Suggest strategies to meet these objectives and continually introduce innovation to business processes.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study, or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years data analysis experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Ability to manipulate large sets of data is also required. Proficiency in Hyperion, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and basic SQL preferred. Exceptional analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Knowledge of complex principles and procedures of computer systems, including analysis and design. Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities. Must have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, have strong desire to learn, and be adaptable to a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Be forward-thinking and identify gaps of requests customers want today and how that may impact future decisions. Works independently toward meeting or exceeding personal and team goals. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
