Recruiter

Overall Function

We are seeking an online-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Department. This individual will work with all offices in the local Berry Network to build a pool of job candidates via online sources, match candidate’s skill set with our vacancies, and help candidates through the selection process. This individual should possess strong interpersonal skills, research acumen, and the ability to recognize talent in prospective candidates for all openings. Occasional travel to the other offices in our local network might be needed. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with the hiring party to assess their needs
• Utilize multiple avenues to build a candidate pool
• Contact potential recruits over the phone or email
• Proactively source for candidates via online sources
• Foster solid professional relationships with prospective hires
• Screening candidates and sending survey tools as appropriate
• Provide guidance and instruction throughout the selection process
• Assisting with onboarding duties to help new hire during the transition process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Experience as a technical or sales recruiter preferred
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Time management abilities to stay on track
• Experience with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent networking abilities for maintaining a candidate pool
