Position Overview
We are currently seeking an administrative assistant III for our Outcomes Research (BOD/Ewigman) department located at 1001 University Place in Evanston, IL. This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible.


  • Provide high level administrative support to the Chair of Family Medicine, Vice Chairs for Research and Quality, and Outcomes Research Network Program Directors
  • Must be able to problem-solve and perform job duties under pressure in a fast-paced office environment

  • Act independently, have good judgment and work with minimal supervision

  • Must proactively seek out sources for instruction and complete projects appropriately and in a timely fashion

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner

  • Willingness to accept new and challenging projects

  • High School diploma, college preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to type at a minimum speed of 50 WPM with excellent accuracy

  • Ability to operate general office equipment

  • Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of organizational skill and interpersonal skill
