Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as an Administrative Assistant 3 based out of San Diego, CA.
What You'll get to Do:
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. May take and transcribe dictation. Candidate shall also arrange travel, prepare travel reimbursement and coordinate large and high level meetings. Candidate will also support a level 4 administrative assistant as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum High School and 4 years addition education and/or experience
Basic proficiency with MS Office tools including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
Ability to receive and maintain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Expert proficiency with MS Office tools
Experience in arranging catering for meetings
Experience working with travel agencies and/or Concur
