We are seeking to add a Adminstrative Assistant/Clerical assistant to our team! You will be responsible for the following :
- Answering phone calls
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Delivering parts if need be to employees
- Helping out the "TEAM" where need be.
- Knowing Certified Payroll is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented - must be able to MULTI TASK!
- Valid driver's license - Could be running parts out to our guys in field.
- Knowing about Illinois Department of Transportation & Construction business is a PLUS!
