Northern Clearing Inc., a leader in right of way clearing is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager.

This job will require travel across the U.S.

Although a position is posted in this city, this job will require travel across the country and is not local.

Primary Focus:

• Assist the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent with any and all tasks necessary for successful completion of project. To include but not limited to:
• Setup and maintain a field construction office
• Change order tracking and project related contract administration
• Submit and track project hours, timekeeping records, jobsite inventory, project progress reports, supervision logs, etc.
• Equipment, Fuel and Materials Tracking
• 811 / Once Call Ticket Management
• Code and collect receipts from crew members
• Ensure compliance with all company and client expectations

• Previous experience in Office Management
• Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera preferred.
• Professional Degree or Diploma
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Well versed and comfortable on a computer
• Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel

• The office location is to be determined and will require travel.
• We have obtained multiple long-term projects and are looking to hire for positions across the U.S.
• Our project schedules are typically 6 day per week ,10 hr. days. (Monday-Saturday)
