Salary: $90k-$180k

Job Summary 

Hiring Immediately - As a full-time sales representative - (MUST BE LOCATED IN NEW JERSEY) 

If you are an exceedingly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in in-home sales apply today to join us as a project manager. In the Project Manager role, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens and pre-qualifies customers and sets up appointments with our project manager with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in home appointments.


  • In-Home Appointments scheduled from qualified leads - NO COLD CALLING
  • Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
  • Obtain a signed exclusivity agreement with the homeowner and assist the homeowner
  • Attend weekly mandatory meetings with sales manager
  • Provide solutions to homeowners in time of need
  • Execution of top-notch customer service
  • Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
  • Submit all paperwork to the insurance company and/or Production in a timely manner; follow up and provide superior customer service as needed
  • Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
  • Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving notice of new jobs
  • Establish rapport with homeowners to gain their trust and allow you on their roof to survey and document storm damage; accurately measure and take photos to be included in claim


  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with the potential for interruptions
  • Computer skills are required with ability to learn new systems
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and Ability to travel frequently as required of the job
  • Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
