The Psychologist is responsible for providing various psychological evaluations as well as follow on psychotherapy as indicated. Clientele may be children, adolescents, or adults with a variety of concerns. In addition to conducting evaluations, there will be opportunity to provide consultation to Northeast Family Services’ in-home treatment programs, school programs, and others. The psychologist will be a member of the overall treatment team, consulting and collaborating with the psychiatrist and psychotherapist on cases as needed.
Generalists as well as specialists are invited to apply. Full time and Fee For Service positions are available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated expertise in psychological evaluations.
Prior experience in providing school consultation for children with SLDs, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and medical concerns is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in working with complex comorbid presentations including mood, anxiety, personality, and other psychiatric disorders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals/groups
Motivated self-starter with great attitude, flexibility, and independent spirit
Ability to work under pressure to prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong teamwork ethic; positive, flexible attitude; ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities.
Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in clinical or counseling psychology
Completion of an APA-approved pre-doctoral internship
Current Massachusetts psychology license
