The Clinical Supervisor of (SUD) Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders will serve as the primary therapist and contact for our in-home and outpatient clients, and will help facilitate our clients access to recovery oriented SUD treatment, resources, support and recovery. The SUD Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home, outpatient and relevant treatment plans.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Masters Degree is Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related Human Services Field
  • Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist)   
  • LADC or related license preferred but not required
  • Two years minimum experience working with clients with Substance Use / Co-occurring Disorders
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
