Job Description

Role:

Responsible for data conversion from core to architecture database. Liaison for system migration to ensure data accuracy. Focus on engaging with Lending stakeholders requiring data driven analytics or system changes – to understand specific objectives, identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements, coordinate with IT resources and provide the expected product output.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Work involves extensive communication including, but not limited to, verbal, written and electronic, interaction, and collaboration with people on a daily basis in order to provide exemplary service.

E    50%    Engage with Lending stakeholders to translate their data to Arkalytics database. Ensuring accurate analysis, reporting, and trending for all loan products. Engage necessary change requests to specific outputs and technical and functional requirements. Work with the programming/development team, and members of the IT department to map out development and test for accuracy.

E    25%    Draft documentation for process and workflows, technical and functional requirements, change management and other tasks as needed. Manages quality control procedures to verify efficient processing of all expected data.

E    10%    Report creation for all Lending teams, supporting the data analytics for monthly monitoring and comparison of each area.

E    10%    Coordinate with third party vendors obtain information, resources, and/or assistance on an as-needed basis.

N    5%    Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

 Experience    One year to three years of similar or related experience. 

 Education    BS or BA degree in relevant field (Computer Sciences) or appropriate certifications (PMP, SQL, Tableau, etc.) combined with three to five years of relevant, applicable experience. 

Interpersonal Skills    Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills – strong at documenting requirements, work process and deliverables. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others including end-users, management, C-level employees and vendors. Work may involve motivating, influencing or training others. 

Other Skills    • Strong knowledge of databases and database applications, report output formats, Excel, project management principles

• Ability to understand complex business processes, reports and products and translate them to functional/technical requirements

• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, AWS a plus

• Ability to coordinate required resource across multiple business areas and functions

• Must be able to work independently

The employee must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals and policies. The employee is frequently required to remain in stationary position operating a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy/fax machine, and printer. The employee may be required to stand, move, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
