Account Manager

Northeast Color is looking to fill a position within our Sales team. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, is energetic, and is ready to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-commission based sales position in a rapidly growing company.

The role of Account Manager may be the right fit for you if;

In the role of Account Manager some of the tasks you may handle include;

  • Work closely with key stakeholders of an established customer base within assigned accounts

  • Maintain relationships with all key stakeholders as well as continually working to develop new relationships within each assigned account

  • Act as the main contact for all customer needs within assigned accounts

  • Assist with the accurate execution of all accounts transactions while adhering to excellent customer service standards

  • Build and maintain account plans for key accounts

  • Manage projects, organize and maintain project status

  • Plan, schedule, and attend meetings as needed

  • Complete administrative work as required to execute all account related activities

Some qualifications include;

  • 2+ years in an Account Manager position

  • Proven record of customer retention

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Experience with web based software

  • Experience with Mac operating systems

  • Experience with Google Suite

  • A LinkedIn profile is a plus

  • Experience with outbound Sales efforts

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
