A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER

In this remote telecom position, you analyze our customers' networks and identify potential solutions. You direct and manage a team as you implement projects and programs within our company and our network. Based on data from our sales and manufacturing departments, you develop a project forecast and a plan to meet the forecast.

You handle calls, manage delivery schedules, ensure proper site access, and schedule our staff. Then you manage the execution of the job, keeping an open line of communication with our team as you track status reports, resolve issues, and manage cost overruns. As projects close, you gather and distribute red lines, complete financial responsibilities, and close the project in the system. You love to work from home and take pride in the part you play in our success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER

• 6+ years of experience in a similar position and a bachelor's degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) or material requirements planning (MRP) systems would be a plus. Are you service-oriented? Do you have excellent analytical skills?
