Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Private Equity

A boutique private equity firm in midtown is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a dual roll providing executive support to the three Associates with travel and as well as overseeing a staff of four administrators to ensure the smooth running of the office by covering reception 50% of the time.

Executive support responsibilities will include:


  • Coordinating the preparation of data reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions to for operational issues at the firm

  • Maintaining professional certification and technical information for the purposes of educational workshops and continuing education / professional development for the staff

  • Complex calendar management

  • Coordinating busy travel plans for a small team

  • Scheduling meetings/conferences, as well as creating agendas, itineraries and meeting material

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support

  • Strong multi-tasking ability

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • High level understanding and competency of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle matters outside of normal business hours as necessary
