A Fixture and Store Setup Specialist position is responsible for the accurate, timely, and safe movement of fixtures onto the store sales floor, maintenance, and repairs on fixtures within the company. Expected to perform manual labor as well as record-keeping and fixture tracking duties. Reports to Sales and Presentation Manager but works directly with individual store managers when executing changes within the stores. Duties may include merchandising product while performing store sets or reset changes. This position will be required to travel on a frequent basis to all store locations.

• Physical Ability: Putting together fixtures is physically demanding repeated or continuous bending, stooping, and lifting as well as climbing ladders and stairs while carrying loads on a repetitively.  Further, lifting up to 70 lbs. frequently from floor to waste, reaching above shoulder height with up to 35 lbs. occasionally; carrying up to 55 lbs. for distances up to 200 feet.  Also, spending up to 100% of work time, other than breaks, standing and moving, climbing and kneeling on concrete or hard surfaces; use of forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders and rolling staircases.  Must be able to run a forklift, a scissor lift, and an electric pallet jack.
