Our team is ready to guide our newest team members through the ins and outs of insurance. Our firm values education and invests in our team members to ensure they are prepared to help our clients face risk head on. As an Insurance Producer, you will sell and provide service related to a wide variety of personal lines insurance coverages such as home, auto, toys (e.g., boat, recreational vehicles), etc. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business leads and writing new client policies. SKILLS: An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills Knowledge of the North Risk Partners history, business process and product offerings in meet the needs of prospect clients Maintain consistent, transparent communication with your customers and service team QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service Accountable self-starter with a strong drive for success Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism Exceptional presentation and communication skills Capable of leveraging effective time management principles Must thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment Approachable, friendly demeanor with solid conflict resolution skills Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships amongst customers and coworkers Education: Insurance License or ability to maintain license
