Landscape Maintenance Field Manager

Job Summary
The Landscape Maintenance Manager at North County Lawn Care is familiar with and able to perform all aspects of residential landscape maintenance including production, crew training and safety, client service and estimating for upsells. The Landscape Maintenance Field Manager directly oversees Crew Leaders and Technicians in the field and must have the hands-on skills needed to actively lead and train through demonstration, participation as well through KPI accountability and motivation tactics. This position is responsible for leading, managing and the accountability of Maintenance crew performance.  Routinely interfacing with clients, estimators, billing, HR and shop personnel is also an important part of this role. A passion for achieving landscape excellence through efficiency, use of technology, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to the North County Vision and Values are a must.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in the landscaping industry performing or supervising landscape maintenance functions: mowing, turf care, bed maintenance, pruning/trimming
• 1-3 years supervisory, crew lead/project manager experience
• Embraces technology and has competence using Microsoft Office and Cloud based Apps such as Slack and Loom
• Proficient in or ability to learn Service Autopilot (CRM) software
• Knowledgeable in basic irrigation system maintenance
• Possesses a WA Pesticide License perferred 
• Competent in common PNW plant identification and care techniques
• Communicates professionally with individuals inside and outside of the organization
• Ability to work under pressure & prioritize most important tasks  
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Willing to participate in a pre-employment personality trait profile

• Salary $70,000-$85,000 DOE
