North Central Texas College is accepting applications for the following position: Administrative Assistant– Gainesville; Full-time
Provide support for Vice Chancellor of External Affairs in securing external funds to support programs & services for the college by maintaining databases, daily correspondences, event coordination, entering requisitions, & performing administrative clerical duties.
Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-noon. Summer hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday. This position will be based out of Gainesville, but occasional travel will be required between campuses. Subject to criminal background check. Salary begins at $30,742. Education: Associate’s Degree required.
Four years directly related experience required. Community college experience preferred.
