The Department of Psychology & Neuroscience in the College of Arts and Sciences at North Central College invites applications for adjunct positions in Psychology, beginning fall semester 2019. Candidates possessing a Ph.D. in Psychology are preferred, but those with a Master's degree in Psychology and experience teaching college-level courses will be considered. We have an immediate need to staff our Research Design & Experimentation course in fall; other courses are available in the spring semester. Applicants must demonstrate commitment to teaching excellence.
Founded in 1861, North Central College is a selective, comprehensive liberal arts institution of about 3000 students, located 28 miles west of Chicago in Naperville. The College is in a period of growth with the addition of a $60 million Science Center opened in March 2017.
