NC Trailers is seeking a Trailer Sales Representative to assist customers with their trailer sales experience from start to finish. This position is a key part of every customer's successful purchasing experience at NC Trailers!

Reports to: Sales + F&I Manager

Primary job responsibilities:
  • Execute trailer sales from start to completion
  • Generate and complete customer quotes
  • Assist customers in the office and outside on the retail lot
  • Answer questions about warranties and terms of sales
  • Answer incoming trailer sales calls and emails
  • Log all new calls into the CRM
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information
  • Complete paperwork for trade-ins including executing transactions in the computer system
  • Enter data and leads into dealership management software
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper customer service is delivered
  • Proactively stay updated on products offered and internal processes

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years related sales experience
  • Valid NCDL and NC Dealers License
  • Ability to talk with customers and close sales
  • Understand sale process and payment processing procedures for cash and credit card transactions
  • General understanding of financing procedures
  • Ability to enter and retrieve data (CRM & DMS)
  • Knowledgeable with general computer skills (spreadsheets, documents, e-mail) including the ability to create new or modify existing documents and maintain organized files
  • Ability to complete general Math skills including add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and percentages

Work Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:15am-6pm
  • Saturday: 8:45am-3pm
  • Every Sunday off; Off one day during the week (T, W, or Th)

  • Work is completed in the office and outside on the lot (hot and cold weather)

Salary information:

Individuals in the Trailer Sales Representative position have total compensation plans in the range of $45,000 to $80,000 annually, including performance based incentives.
