Advertising Account Executives Needed (Commission + Travel)

GuideaGuest, a North American Directory Services business, is seeking an Account Executive to take a leading role in the full market roll-out of our Guest Communication Services including traditional Printed Guest Directory as well as our brand-new digital marketing and Digital Screen platforms that are revolutionizing the business-to-customer interface in the hospitality and tourism industries.

North America is slated for a record-high tourism season this year and we need an experienced, enthusiastic sales professional, proficient in both in-person and telephone sales, to join our sales team and hit the ground running. This is an opportunity to spend the upcoming summer months outdoors in Vacationland, visiting a well-established customer base, as well as making cold calls and developing new leads in many of our Country's most beautiful locations. Our products provide valuable information to hotel guests on the property's services and amenities, room service, menus, as well as local area attractions and businesses.

Job description:

Our Account Executives actively engage with local businesses, create long-term relationships, to sell both print and digital advertising options to the local businesses surrounding our partner properties.

Requirements:

* 2 plus years of outside B2B experience and/or new business development

*Advertising sales experience a definite plus

*Hunter mentality!

*Lead generation, cold calling, and setting own appointments.

*Ability to travel regionally with own vehicle to service our properties.

*Experience with new business development and lead generation

*Outgoing, friendly, motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and sales skills

*Must have a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel between 200-500 miles from home if needed; your home location within the United States can require less distance.

*Entrepreneurial minded, professional in appearance and demeanor

*Good business ethics and ability to represent our brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
