Job Description

CONSTRUCTION SALES COORDINATOR:

We are looking for a candidate who is a self motivator and is eager to learn about the Sales aspect of the Residential Construction Industry. This individual should display exceptional communication and organizational skills and have a positive attitude. As this is an Entry-Level, Office position, we are dedicated to the training and development of this individual to ensure successful opportunities and growth within the Norseman team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Display excellent communication & presentation skills with clients and peers

  • Practice efficient time management

  • Answer incoming calls and proactively assess needs of the customer

  • Respond promptly to general inquiries through all Channels and resolve them in a timely manner

  • Lend general Administrative support to the Norseman Team, this includes:

    • Converting Estimation Documents, Design Agreements & Contracts for Client Review

    • Composing generic emails on behalf of the Sales Team

    • Scheduling Marketing Blitzes

    • Scheduling Weekly meetings to support the Sales Team

    • Any other applicable Administrative office duties

  • Respond, engage and properly qualify inbound Sales Leads through all active Norseman affiliated Channels (i.e. Norseman Website, HomeStars, Houzz, Facebook etc.)

  • Build Lead Opportunities in our CRM System in accordance with Norseman Construction protocol

  • Ensure leads are appropriately assigned to the Construction Specialist

  • Facilitate the weekly Forecast report for the Sales Team, this includes:

    • Updating notes on the Forecast report on a weekly basis during the meeting

    • Providing the Sales Team individual Open Lead reports on a weekly basis

    • Monitoring stagnant leads to be reassigned to the Controller to reconnect with the client

  • Build a strong network by attending Norseman Construction & Development Ltd. supported Community events (as of 2021 there are 3 annual Events that we are engaged in)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have access to own Laptop

  • Post secondary Education

  • Onsite Construction experience an asset

  • Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat knowledge

  • CRM System knowledge an asset

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Salary

  • Full Time Permanent, Monday - Friday

  • Remote work with future partial weekly onsite mandatory Office Attendance (post Covid-19)

  • Expected Start Date - Immediately
