    To all individuals considering applying, please understand that we are looking for highly motivated, competitive individuals that can deliver results. This is a position where there is no cap to what you can earn, other than your ability to deliver results. 

    We are looking for a result driven sales representative/estimator with a proven track record in residential construction. This person will be responsible for in-person estimates/bids with qualified warm leads, working with our designers to create 3D renderings of proposed work, creating proposals based on desired scope of work and renderings, converting these proposals into signed contracts, and working with our project managers to ensure our clients' visions are communicated and made into reality. We will provide everything you need to be successful including qualified sales leads, assemblies & pricing information, proposal templates, crm & software training, etc.

    A two week onboarding process will start after job offer acceptance. During this time you will be given a structured schedule where you will be brought up to speed on the background of the company and where we are now, trained on the software we use, taken through our entire sales process, and be exposed to field operations to gain a better understanding of the entire operation. Once you have the confidence to hit the ground running, we will outline 30, 60, and 90 day goals. This goals will be accessed on a 30 day basis to ensure your success. There will always be an open line of communication to aid in answering questions or concerns as they arise. 

    Responsibilities Section

    • Timely communication and punctuality.
    • Meeting KPI's outlined by management.
    • Creating detailed proposals that outline all work to be performed.
    • Convert proposals into signed contracts.
    • Ensuring project success by working closely with project managers.
    • Above all else, deliver results by increasing top line revenue.
