Territory Sales Manager - Gulf Coast Region

Our company is Norman Window Fashions and we have been in the window covering industry for more than 30 years, we are seeking ideal candidates to join our team of 10,000 employees!

We are growing and we are seeking an energetic & enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to rapidly increase sales with new and existing customers within the greater gulf coast territory! We offer competitive base pay with lucrative opportunities in one of our largest regions.

Responsibilities:
1. Successful candidate must be able to produce results and meet sales goals.
2. Open new accounts.
3. Roll out new programs.
4. Build & maintain customer relationships.
5. Keeping customers up to date with company’s directions.

Requirements:
1. Must have Outside Sales Experience with strong closing skills.
2. Knowledge and background in window coverings industry or related home furnishings industry a plus!
3. Have sound analytical and business skills.
4. Willing to travel, over night when required.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base pay plus commission
  • Travel expense reimbursement

  • 401K with Company match after 1 year of employment
