Norhart is searching for a Senior System Admin to lead and work with our IT Operations Team. This person will be responsible for the execution of a new Property Management software program initiative (Yardi, Rent Manager or similar) and future implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. The Senior System Admin will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This leader will have a deep technical and program management background, exemplary communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive with little process, direction, or oversight. The Senior System Admin must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. The Senior System Admin will work to bridge between software development teams and various operations teams. This person must be comfortable managing and executing the work.
Location: MN Based (not remote)
Salary: 130-150k annually
Essential Job Duties:
Point of Contact for all areas of Technology with both internal and Operations teams.
Help lead the direction toward the future technology goals of Norhart.
Lead the implementation of ERP/CRM platforms.
Lead the implementation of Rent Manager (property management software).
Lead the implementation of rent optimization software.
Experience with hardware.
Ability to work on front end and back-end technology.
A "big picture thinker" that can execute on tasks.
Develop IT ticketing system.
Work with the team on smart home technology.
Work on other systems such as EV chargers and Solar.
Develop and implement cyber security training for the company.
Develop and implement IT strategic and operational plans to achieve company goals, prioritizing IT initiatives to support business needs and coordinate the evaluation, development, and management of current and future IT resources.
Create and maintain accurate documentation of newly implemented systems.
Provide training for newly implemented systems.
Ensuring appropriate programs or project management framework is in place.
Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of system support and reporting needs.
Establishes and maintains a culture within the IT department of service and support to internal teams.
Lead and work side by side with a small high-performance team.
Oversee and advise IT staff in various tasks.
Ensure the smooth and proper functioning of current systems.
