This role will be the creative visionary of all short and long form video content of Norhart! Responsibilities: Writer, director, and creative visionary of the Norhart Cinematic Universe Ideate, design, write, and facilitate unique copy including scripting, filming, editing, cover art, social media content heavily focused within video content. Develop framework for creating original, high-performing viral content.

Ensure that all of the organization’s output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Research trends and tactic for retention across social media platforms.

Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses. Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas. Lead a small team of creative professionals.

Requirements 4+ years of relevant experience as a creative, director or content creator in high-performing video content. Experience in developing content from ground up - ideation to the final cut. Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.

Knowledge of influencer/creator marketing and branding. Proven ability to develop successful concepts, particularly on social media platforms. Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives.

Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
