Due to our continued growth, we are looking for professional, service minded candidates to add to our Customer Service Representative team who support our kitchen & bath showrooms and retail customers.
The Customer Service role is primarily responsible for the servicing of both internal and external customers regarding general inquiries, order processing and scheduling in collaboration with other departments. This position is also responsible for accurate sales order entry, purchasing and expediting of cabinets and other related items per the sales order. This position will work closely with vendors, sales staff, distribution functions (receiving/shipping) and other support departments and will provide a high level of urgency and both internal and external customer service.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 4+ years customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft office experience in a shared directory environment
- Previous experience working in a sales/distribution company
- Ability/Willingness to build relationship with customers.
- Exceptional attention to detail, comparing numbers, orders
- Critical problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly on a variety of tasks
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude with customers and co-workers
- Exceptional phone presence and customer service
- Knowledge of kitchen cabinets and related hardware preferred
Physical Requirements
- Open to hybrid working schedule.
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Able to type and work on computer screen reading small print
- Able to speak, read and write English. Bi-lingual helpful
