Matterport Technician (No Experience Required)

*This is a 1099 Position*

Selected candidate will live in the Fort Myers or surrounding area. The pay is based on a rate of $100 per scan or inspection appointment, and is uncapped, paid out weekly. This a great opportunity to earn a great weekly salary gain entry into the company, and be able to learn about the public adjusting/property insurance industry.

Position Summary:

Assists in the scanning of the damage to homes and businesses affected by Hurricane Ian. The Matterport Technician will conduct about 2-3 client appointments per day, M-F, to scan the property interior/exterior with a Matterport 3D camera and iPad (equipment provided by the company). Training is provided, with pay, as part of the onboarding process. The camera and iPad functions are very easy to learn, as the camera and app are easy to use and does all of the "hard" work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create 3D scans of homes and businesses in the field with Matterport Technology and an iPad (equipment provided).
• Be on the forefront of technology adoption in the public insurance adjusting industry by uploading property scans for the Estimators.
• Work at the direction of the Estimating Manager.
• Maintain and be responsible for all company equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and customers.
• Responsible for uploading scans to software and ordering sketches of the properties scanned.
