We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team! This person will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to his or her assigned account(s).
Maintain and grow long-lasting customer relationships with accounts via phone calls, emails, visits, etc
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to channel needs and objectives to grow sales and meet margin requirements
Identify and grow opportunities with managed accounts maintaining a competitive advantage with content, product, pricing, promos, and reviews
Managing a product category and presenting once per month on category. Identifying issues and potential opportunities.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
