Executive Summary of Role As Noble’s Chief Product Officer, you will lead the companies Business Development Function from the top-down with a mandate to execute on Noble’s mission to Grow People, Grow Capital & Grow Companies. This position requires a hands-on leader who will roll up their sleeves, set the pace and lead the talented Noble Capital Business Development Team by example. The Vision is set – 100 – 1 – 10; (1) Empower 100 Champion, (2) Steward $1.0B AUM, (3) Build $10.0B Portfolio of Companies. With the company’s core values always top of mind, this leaders will take responsibility for all aspects of the companies robust business development platform in support of the five year vision to execute on Noble’s lines of business, Fund Management (FM) & Private Equity (PE) Objectives; (1) FM – Grow AUM from $100M - $1B via innovative alternative investment offerings aimed at the HNW, U-HNW & Institutional Capital Markets, (2) PE – Scale Noble’s Private Equity SMB Portfolio Companies from 6 – 30. As the Chief Product Officer, you will lead from out-front by demonstrating indisputable mastery over Noble Capital Functions concentrated in Business Development, Sales, MarComm, Finance and Operations. This leader will win the hearts and minds of Noble’s Sales & MarComm teams through the execution and celebration of their big wins as their Coach, Mentor & Advisor for product, sales, marcomm, revenue, biz dev operations. Position Functions for Mastery FUND MANAGEMENT (FM) Capital Markets – Sales: Mastery of Capital Market Sales by the provision of venues where funds are exchanged between suppliers of capital and those who demand capital for use in regard to Private Lending including funds derived from investor and leverage sources. Venues include products offered by a particular fund with set features and with strict underwriting guidelines. Investor Onboarding: Mastery of Investor Onboarding by executing the onboarding of an investor based on the product and/or offering that is being subscribed or purchased. This includes being able to track and identify all the necessary documentation to complete the transaction. Advisor Edge UX/UI: Mastery of Advisor Edge UX/UI by providing outstanding and transparent experiences for our advisor relationships in regard to their client's investments with Noble Capital. Achieved by providing best-in-class communication, reporting, and customer service. Investor Relations UX/UI: Mastery of Investor Relations UX/UI by providing an excellent customer service experience to all our investors by way of combining finance, reporting, communication, and marketing to effectively control the flow of information between our products and our investors. Investor Event Planning: Mastery of Investor Event Planning by providing for the systematic coordination and execution of every detail concerning a meeting or other gathering to deliver a professional environment to present opportunities or information. Institutional Relations UX /UI: Mastery of Institutional Relations UX/UI by providing excellent user experience to all of our institutional relationships. Achieved by combining finance, reporting, communication, and marketing to effectively control the flow of information between Noble Capital’s offerings and our institutional relationships. FM Investment Committee: Mastery of FM Investment Committee by participating in the governing body that assesses a particular opportunity to determine if underwriting guidelines have been satisfied, while contributing analysis and critical feedback for discussions. FM Loan Originations: Mastery of FM Loan Originations by comprehending and practicing the multi-step process of the qualification and verification of required documentation and specific facts as contained in an application for the purpose of funding an approved loan request. FM Loan Sales: Mastery FM Loan Sales by performing the systematic process of transferring ownership of a loan to a buyer in return for monetary consideration and includes the identification of a secondary market partner for the trade, the creation of sales analysis, the preparation of custodian documentation, and execution of final sales agreement. FM Capital Partnerships: Mastery of FM Capital Partnerships by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with strategic capital partners while providing for continued insight into the needs of the capital partnership and ensuring that partnership agreements are being fulfilled at the highest degree. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GC) / PRIVATE EQUITY (PE) Private Equity – Sales: Mastery of Private Equity Sales by the provision of venues where funds are exchanged between suppliers of capital and those who demand capital for use in regard to Private Equity including funds derived from investor sources. Venues include products offered by a particular fund with set features and with strict underwriting guidelines and may also include services that bring intrinsic value to the marketplace such as Strategic Growth Advisory. PE Partner Relations UX/UI: Mastery of Partner Relations UX/UI by providing an excellent customer service experience to all investors by way of combining finance, reporting, communication, and marketing to effectively control the flow of information between partners, business owners and management. PE Due Diligence: Mastery of PE Due Diligence by effectively evaluating business risk, while identifying and understanding all the necessary items in the due diligence checklist including financials, as well as being able to perform cross due diligence analysis on potential ventures and partners. PE Underwriting: Mastery of PE Underwriting by conducting the enhanced process of determining the level of risk involved in an acquisition, transaction, or other major financial business decisions. PE Acquisitions: Mastery of PE Acquisitions by performing the adopted evaluation of management, analysis of industry standard historical financials, assessment of forecast data and the performance of a thorough study of a potential acquisition - all in pursuit of acquiring the aligned business investment. PE Business Planning: Mastery of PE Business Planning by the preparation of a documented strategy for a business that highlights its goals and its plans for achieving those goals, while outlining the go-to-market plan, financial projections, market research, business purpose, and mission statement along with other critical information. PE Business Valuations: Mastery of PE Business Valuation process by creating and updating ad hoc and routine enterprise valuation models for reporting growth, achievement of milestones, acquisitions, and dispositions. FINANCE/ACCOUNTING KPI & BI Data Analytics: Mastery of KPI & BI Data Analytics via systems and reporting for the Noble Capital Family of Companies and the Office of the CEO, with a dedicated focus to maximize a Culture of KPIs & Scorecards inside of Noble Capital. Bonus/Profit Share Plan: Mastery of Bonus/Profit Share Plan by the adherence to the Staff Growth and Development Model, as well as full compliance with the polices effecting bonus and profit sharing as issued by Corporate Governance while practicing proper stewardship with budgeting and planning for the related costs. Centralized Budgeting: Mastery of Centralized Budgeting is the performance of a set of procedures designed to formally create a statement of estimated income and expenses for future periods based on future plans and objectives which is also used for planning and performance measurement purposes of assets and liability. OPERATIONS Operating System (OS): Mastery of Operating System by the creation, development, and maintenance of business systems for scalability and viability of the enterprise by utilizing modern shared digital operating manual technology to buildout a comprehensive process via compilation of digital best practices, policies, and procedures. R12M/R5Y Operator: Mastery of R12M/R5Y Operator by the continued development and management of business operations in alignment with a series of proformas referred to as Rolling 12 Month and Rolling 5 Year Projections that brings the business into conformity with set production goals.
