Responsible for overseeing and developing Clinical Department including hiring, supervision of all programs, and scheduling. Develop, plan, and implement strategies for program continuation and growth. Provide clinical training to clinical staff and interns. The perspective candidate must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency's overall success. This position provides both clinical and personnel supervision of clinical staff. The perspective candidate must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.
Must have a Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related social service field. Must have 3 -5 years of supervisory experience of clinical staff, including expertise transforming clinical staff into a highly functional team. Must have a minimum of 3 years post Master's experience in a community health setting. Must have Alabama licensure in Counseling, Social Work or a related field (LPC, ALC, LCSW, LMFT, LAMFT, Registered PMHN, etc.). Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must pass criminal background check, TB test, and drug screening. Must have valid CPR card. Official transcripts will be requested.
