Job Description
Remote Software Sales Rep (with travel)
We are seeking a Healthcare Software Sales Rep to manage and produce. The Sales Rep will lead and mentor a small, remote Lead Generation / Sales Development team while prospecting, hunting, and selling our Electronic Health Record and TeleHealth Software to Substance Abuse organizations. Our ideal candidate will be a hunter that's results driven and motivated with proven success selling SaaS, specifically EHR, to Behavioral Health companies. Addiction Treatment, Substance Use Disorder Sales Experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a remote team of sales development representatives and ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
  • Develop short and long-term strategies and targeted initiatives, identify key Substance Abuse treatment organizations for nationwide lead generation
  • Create SDR scripts and work with marketing to create exceptional sales content
  • Record and monitor all daily team activities in our CRM, Salesforce, for needed actions and follow ups
  • Consistently meet or exceed metrics by hunting new opportunities though research, outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and etc.
  • Interact directly with prospects to address technical questions and be the expert that articulates the company's capabilities in the context of customer needs
  • Conduct virtual live demos, negotiate and close sales contracts, and coordinate new account hand off to the implementation team
  • Carry out responsibilities in compliance with company policies along with local, state and federal law
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 3+ years’ Software Healthcare Sales experience selling Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and/or telehealth
  • 2+ years' leading an Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Lead Generation team
  • Exceptional presentation skills with mid-market, C-level and experience developing B2B accounts
  • Ability to identify decision makers and develop techniques to overcome objections
  • Articulate with a strong phone presence
  • High volume outbound cold calling experience required
  • CRM experience, Salesforce.com
  • Ability to schedule across multiple time zones, nationwide
  • Results oriented with strong organizational interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • EHR / EMR, TeleMedicine or HealthCare Saas Sales a plus
  • Experience with Sales automation systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, ect) a plus
  • Substance abuse industry knowledge is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel to our headquarters in Miami, FL 33169, a couple days per week.
