Outreach Coordinator
We are seeking a Outreach Coordinator to join our team!

This a remote position for a skilled sales marketing professional to increase awareness of our services and generate a high volume of patient referrals to our facilities in Atlanta, GA.

Our ideal candidate will have proven success in a metrics driven environment within the substance abuse addiction treatment industry and a preestablished network of business contacts in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish, maintain and develop relationships with referents in assigned territories
  • Exceed admissions metrics by establishing influence in market segments including healthcare providers, hospital systems, mental health centers, educational institutions, court systems, unions, employee assistance programs (EAP), and etc.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for new and existing referral sources
  • Maintain consistent activity levels for the following: weekly prospect meetings, facility tours, referrals and admissions
  • Record and monitor all activities in Salesforce CRM daily for needed actions and follow ups
  • Accurately refer clients to the organization with an understanding of appropriateness and level of care, act as a liaison to referents to promote our services, and continuously provide clinical updates and appropriate information to referral sources
  • Carry out responsibilities in compliance with our policies along with local, state and federal law

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing is preferred
  • 2+ years’ recent experience in a metrics driven sales business development environment
  • Recent and proven success as a business development professional in the substance abuse addiction treatment industry
  • Book of business contacts in the assigned territory
  • Exceptional presentation skills with extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales and exceed metrics
  • Ability to function independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Google programs such as Gmail, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets and Calendar
  • Experience with the CRM Salesforce
  • Experience with Outreach.IO or similar sales platforms
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
